About Friends of Justice
“Because unresolved cases should never fade from public memory.”
What We Do
Friends of Justice is a nonprofit organization formed in 2024 to assist law enforcement agencies in solving unsolved homicide cases and other serious crimes in Adams County and the Quincy, Illinois area.
The organization was created with a clear purpose: to raise funds that can be used as rewards for credible information leading to arrests and convictions in cases that have remained unresolved.
Why It Matters
Cold cases can stall due to a lack of evidence or witness cooperation. Over time, however, circumstances can change. Individuals who once felt unable to come forward may later decide to share information that could be critical to solving a case.
Our Commitment
Friends of Justice is committed to supporting the pursuit of justice through:
- Community awareness of unresolved cases
- Reward funding for credible information
- Partnership with law enforcement agencies
- Advocacy for victims and their families
How Funds Help
Reward incentives can help encourage those individuals to step forward.
Friends of Justice partners with law enforcement agencies to support that effort and help ensure these cases continue to receive attention.
